Alpha Phi Alpha - Zeta Zeta Lambda Chapter First of All, Servants of all, We Shall Transcend All. The Queens chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. was founded on April 24, 1955 in St. Albans NY.

The chapter has a long history of service programs such as Project Alpha and social affairs including the Annual Alpha Affair! This group is to keep you up to date on the chapter's programs and activities!

Today, the Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Zeta Zeta Lambda Chapter, joined the Southern Queens Park Association, The Gardeners, and community partners for the Farm to Table Community Launch at Roy Wilkins Park.

These candid moments capture what community service is really about, not the recognition, but the work. Rolling up our sleeves, building relationships, investing in our youth, and helping create spaces where our communities can thrive.

Every seed planted today represents more than future food. It represents hope, education, opportunity, and a commitment to leaving our community better than we found it.

Thank you to everyone who dedicated their time, talents, and energy to this meaningful initiative. Together, we are cultivating stronger communities and creating a lasting impact.

🌱 Today was a great day of service, fellowship, and community impact!

The Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Zeta Zeta Lambda Chapter, were proud to support the Farm to Table Community Launch at Roy Wilkins Park alongside the Southern Queens Park Association, The Gardeners, and other community partners.

Together, we helped plant the seeds for a healthier, stronger, and more connected community. From promoting fresh food access and environmental stewardship to empowering our youth through hands-on learning opportunities, today’s event demonstrated what can happen when organizations come together with a shared purpose.

Service remains at the heart of Alpha Phi Alpha, and we are grateful to everyone who volunteered their time, energy, and talents to make this initiative a success.

Thank you to all the sponsors, community leaders, volunteers, and families who came out to support this important effort. The work doesn’t stop here, we will continue building, growing, and serving.

The Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Zeta Zeta Lambda Chapter proudly congratulate our very own Brother Malik Goodson on being recognized by the National Pan-Hellenic Council of New York City in partnership with City Hall during their annual Founders’ Day celebration.

Each year, one member from each Divine Nine organization is selected for this distinguished honor, recognizing exemplary leadership, service, and commitment to the community. This year, that honor belongs to Brother Goodson.
