Hi everyone, I'm sorry I've been out of communication for so long-- the result of family and professional transitions. Thanks to all who came to me and showed interest in my mission. While I haven't been out in the field for a while conducting peace education trainings, I continue to stay involved in promoting peace, inclusion and justice, now through my role promoting child rights and youth participation in communities through my current work. Every child and young person has the right to grow up in an environment where they feel safe and secure, have access to basic services and clean air and water, can play, learn and grow and where their voice is heard and matters.

The Award recognizes individuals and organisations whose high-impact, innovative initiatives are tackling the challenge of living peacefully and productively with diversity.
