Caitlin Westerfield WiStem Fund Honoring Caitlin Westerfield. 💛 In high school, Caitlin co-founded a WiSTEM club to support her peers interested in STEM.

This fund honors her by working to create conditions that enable women to discover, pursue, persist, and thrive in STEM.

The Trump Administration’s funding cuts and restrictions on DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) and STEM programs have affected everything from government agencies to student groups throughout America. The Evanstonian highlights that despite fears from ETHS students about the possible effects of the cuts, the ETHS WiSTEM program is able to stay in action (and even grow) through our funding.
