Alpha G.E.N.T.S NYC: Project Alpha Basketball Tournament Project Alpha is the National program of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated, which addresses the issue of teenage pregnancy from the male perspective.

The Alpha G.E.N.T.S is a program that helps young men succeed and expose them to opportunities that will provide them with an advantage as they grow. The program creates a positive environment for young men to learn and grow with their peers led by professional educated black men who have experienced similar upbringings and can speak to the challenges of growing up, college life and our roles in the business community.
