The Student Union is organizing a visit 🏢 to the US Attorney Offices’ Southern District of New York office on May 28 🗓️ at 4:15 PM ⏰, with students departing from Stuyvesant after school around 3:50 PM 🚶‍♂️. During the tour, attendees will explore how federal law📜👩🏻‍💼is enforced in practice and how major cases involving public corruption😳, financial crimes🏦, terrorism, organized crime🫆, and civil rights are prosecuted. Students will gain insight into how federal prosecutors, investigators and legal staff work together🤝, and have a chance to hear directly from attorneys about their career paths💼 and current work👩🏻‍⚖️👨🏻‍⚖️. The Student Union is organizing a visit 🏢 to Espresso AI’s New York office on May 21 🗓️ at 5 PM ⏰, with students departing from Stuyvesant after school around 4 PM 🚶‍♂️. During the tour, attendees will explore the rapidly growing field of artificial intelligence 🤖, learning how real-world AI systems—from large language models to automation tools—are built and deployed. Students will also gain insight into careers in tech 💼 and may hear directly from engineers and researchers about their work and experiences. Spots are limited to 15 participants ⚠️, so be sure to apply by May 15!
