TONIGHT‼️

Join us for a fun and competitive Trivia Night at The Quarter Club in Williamsburg! We recommend arriving around 7:00 PM to secure your seat.

Bring your friends, test your knowledge, and play to win an exciting prize—all while supporting the Urban Justice Center (UJC) and our incredible Young Professional Board.

A $15 ticket gets you in the door and straight into the action. Every dollar goes directly to supporting UJC’s mission to defend individual rights, build inclusive community, and fuel systemic change—while mentoring the next generation of social justice leaders.

Gather your team (or come solo and make new friends!), grab a drink, and get ready for a lively night of questions, laughs, and a little friendly competition. Whether you’re a trivia buff or just in it for the vibes, there’s something for everyone—and of course, a prize for the winning team.

If you believe in the work, love a good challenge, or are just looking for a great night out in Williamsburg, we can’t wait to see you there.

And a special thank you to for hosting this event!

Although we are not an immigration organization, the nature of our world today means that many of our most imperiled New Yorkers are immigrants: street vendors, survivors of interpersonal violence, refugees, s*x workers, and so many more. They have seen their rights curtailed, their families torn apart, and their hopes for the future turned into constant worries about detainment, deportation, and ultimately, death in a thousand forms.

The 2025 issue of our Annual Report shines a spotlight on the issue of immigration, and how it affects the work that we do. From successfully resettled survivors of human trafficking, to litigation to keep our courts safe from invasion by ICE, you’ll get a glimpse of the incredible work our staff and member-advocates have been doing this year, and for many years in the past.

Go to our link in bio to check out the full report or stay tuned here for some highlights as we enter the year ahead.

This giving season, the Young Professional Board at Urban Justice Center is excited to launch our “Next Gen of Giving” campaign!

We’re banding together with other young folks to step up for justice and show how small gifts create BIG change.

➡️ Our goal? Raise $1,984 (in honor of the year UJC was born) by Giving Tuesday.

➡️ Every dollar = essential resources for NYers who need it most.

For 40+ years, UJC has been in the trenches fighting for New Yorkers who need us most. We serve tens of thousands each year through programs tackling homelessness, discrimination, intimate partner violence, asylum support, and more. Our Social Justice Accelerator supports groundbreaking new organizations and gives them the guidance they need to hit the ground running and create real change.

Want to get involved? Consider joining the Young Professional Board today or support their efforts today at the 🔗 in bio!

U.S. Senator and UJC alum took to the Senate floor yesterday to speak for OVER 24 hrs about the abnormality of this moment…

Right now, today, our attorneys are on the front lines, leading multilingual trainings to teach people their rights when ICE comes knocking; guiding trans young people through their name and ID changes; and helping working-class New Yorkers organize to be their own advocates.

We are currently working on direct responses to some of the most egregious Executive Orders from this federal administration. Let us mark this day as a decisive moment for turning away from the abyss of authoritarian, immoral, and cruel government.

Stay tuned for more information in the coming weeks and to hear a more full discussion
between Cory Booker and Doug
Lasdon, check out Doug’s recent
podcast interview with Cory on
