The trine creates a harmonious flow between initiative and discipline, allowing us to recognize when it is time to push ahead and when it is wiser to slow down, reassess, and conserve our energy.

close.

As Pluto resumes its forward motion, it may bring renewed awareness of the profound transformations that have unfolded throughout this multi-year journey. Themes that have surfaced repeatedly since Pluto first entered Aquarius may emerge one last time, offering an opportunity to reflect on how far you've come and to fully integrate the lessons, growth, and personal evolution this transit has demanded.

Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio on October 3rd at 3:16 a.m. ET, at 08°29’ Scorpio. Within hours, she forms a wide T-square with Mars at 03°06’ Leo and Pluto at 03°06’ Aquarius ~ the configuration becoming active around 6:39 a.m.

This pattern can intensify themes of painful metamorphosis, pressure, and situations pushed to their outer limits. With Venus—the Goddess of Love—caught between Mars, the God of War, and Pluto, Lord of the Underworld, the energy may manifest as power struggles, covert attempts at control, heightened desire, and a drive toward decisive action.

Under this influence, our ability to act may feel precise, strategic, and surgical, fueled by a surge of fiery creative force. Hidden motives, deep cravings, and the urge to assert one’s will can rise sharply to the surface.

At 6:51 p.m. ET on September 21, Mercury at 17° Libra sextiles Jupiter at 17° Leo, energizing one of September’s most harmonious aspects for constructive, creative, and expansive communication. New ideas, projects, conversations, and travel plans may gain momentum under this influence.

This sextile offers a welcome shift after the delays or obstacles that may have emerged around the Mercury in Libra–Saturn in Aries opposition of September 17–18.

Use this window to move plans forward and communicate with optimism and perspective before Mercury enters Scorpio and squares Mars in Leo on September 30, bringing a potentially sharper and more combative tone.

Mercury in Libra trines Pluto at 3° Aquarius at 11:59 AM ET, forming an Air Grand Trine with newly retrograde Uranus at 5° Gemini. This configuration creates the potential for mental breakthroughs, innovative ideas, epiphanies, and dynamic communication.

At the same time, Mercury opposes Neptune at 3° Aries, adding elements of creativity, spirituality, imagination, illusion, and escapism to the mix.

Write down your thoughts and consider practicing important communications beforehand. A little preparation can help balance the nebulous quality of the Neptune opposition while allowing you to take full advantage of the clarity and inspiration offered by the Air Grand Trine.

On September 10 at 4:07 a.m. ET, Venus entered Scorpio, marking her descent into the deeper terrain of her upcoming retrograde cycle, whose shadow period began on August 31 at 23 degrees Libra.

On the same day and shortly after her ingress, Venus opposed Chiron at 1:15 p.m. ET, potentially poking at core wounds related to feeling unworthy of love/being loved.

Just a few days later, on Sept. 15, Venus forms an exact square with Pluto at 3 degrees Aquarius.

This Venus-Pluto dynamic highlights themes of control, secrets coming to light, power struggles, and profound transformation, inviting us to look beneath the surface and setting the tone for the retrograde weeks that will follow Venus' station on Oct. 3.
