“Reflecting on our eye care service trip to Grenada fills us with deep inspiration and a sense of purpose. It wasn’t just about treating eye conditions; it was about connecting with people and making a meaningful impact. Guided by the expertise of Drs. Sam and Laura Stack, alongside our dedicated team, we forged bonds that felt like family. Serving close to 1,000 patients, spanning generations, we encountered a diverse range of eye health issues, from common to complex. Despite the challenges, witnessing the transformational power of hours worth of care was truly humbling. Patients were able to receive over a year supply of Glaucoma drops when prices of treatment can be overwhelming for many. Grenada taught us resilience, empathy, and the profound impact of collective action.
