Annual Baseball Outing - THIS FRIDAY - Friday, May 29, 2026

Annual 68th Pct Youth Council Little League Night at the Brooklyn Cyclones!

Hello Parents and Guardians,

Our annual Little League outing is set for Friday, May 29th at Maimonides Park as the Brooklyn Cyclones take on Wilmington. This is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and we’d love to have every family join us for a great night of baseball and community.

Our seats are in Section 8, directly behind home plate.

Special On‑Field Experience for All Little League Players
All players should:

Wear their uniform shirt
Report to the bottom of Section 18 down the 1B line before 6:15 PM
Players will be able to take the field for the National Anthem with the Cyclones’ starting lineup — always a huge highlight for the kids.

68th Precinct Youth Council – 2026 Baseball Registration Closing Soon

Registration for the 2026 baseball season will close at midnight on April 6th. Once registration closes, we will begin rostering players to teams, and no late registrations will be accepted.

Opening Day is scheduled for Saturday, April 18th.

If your child plans to play this season, please register as soon as possible to secure a spot.

Goalkeeper Youth Clinic – Free Registration Now Open

We’re excited to share the details for the Goalkeeper Youth Clinic presented by Gainbridge, featuring a special guest appearance by legendary goalkeeper Briana Scurry.

Event Details
📍 Maimonides Park – 1904 Surf Ave, Brooklyn, NY
📅 Sunday, April 12
⏰ Check‑In: 9:30–10:00 AM
⏰ Clinic: 10:00–11:30 AM

This free clinic includes goalkeeper skill stations for all levels — current goalkeepers, field players, and anyone interested in trying the position.

After the clinic, players and parents are invited to a Q&A with Briana Scurry.

What to Bring:
Goalie gloves
Cleats
Socks
Shinguards
Each registered participant will also receive two complimentary tickets to the Brooklyn FC match later that day.

Spring Baseball 2026 registration is officially open, and divisions are already filling up quickly. If your child plans to play this season, please register soon so you don’t miss out.

We’re excited to share that we’ve secured a Bay Ridge indoor gym every Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The exact location will be provided to registered families only. These indoor sessions give our players a valuable head start on skills, conditioning, and team development before we move outdoors.

Last year was truly special — the 6th Precinct Youth Council brought home four (4) championships, a testament to the hard work, discipline, and heart our players showed all season long. We’re ready to build on that momentum and welcome both returning and new families.
