This is an interesting article I found regarding returning to work after the death of a child. Recently, a senator introduced the Parental Bereavement Act of 2011 and is trying to gain support and recognition. This would enable parents to take off up to 12 weeks off of work following the loss of their child. At this time, many bereaved parents are having to return to work too soon, sometimes just a few days later, so they do not lose their jobs. The article discusses the needs of bereaved parents and the difficulty of returning to work during one of the most difficult points of grief. Here is the article:http://www.azcentral.com/arizonarepublic/news/articles/2011/10/21/20111021bill-offers-leave-for-grieving-parents.html

For grieving parents, bill offers leave, When Heather Van Ostrand's son Rylan died three years ago of sudden infant death syndrome, the young mother could barely get out of bed.

I came across this article today and thought it might be of interest to some. I do not know of anyone who has used this service, but I have spoken to many parents who have benefited from finding creative and meaningful ways to use their children's clothing. If anyone has any comments or experiences please share. Here is the article: http://www.argusleader.com/article/20111025/LIFE/310210007/Easing-grief-cuddly-comfort
