Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation

Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation Grants are issued to individuals and families, based on need. We provide Financial Grants within 24-48 hours of notification.

Our mission is simple: Commitment to honor fallen and wounded heroes in Federal Law Enforcement and their immediate families in time of need. Sadly, these funds are often used to pay for funeral costs. A College Education Fund has been established to provide financial assistance to Agent's children tragically left behind.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation, we were honored to participate in the 25th Annual Anti-Terrorism Council NYC Symposium.

Reaching 25 years is more than a milestone—it reflects sustained commitment, trusted partnerships, and a collective resolve to confront an ever-evolving threat landscape. The symposium continues to serve as a critical forum for collaboration among those who operate on the front lines of public safety and national security.

We are proud to stand alongside the professionals, organizations, and leaders who dedicate themselves—often without recognition—to protecting our communities and strengthening our nation’s security posture.

Thank you to the Anti-Terrorism Council for the opportunity to be part of this important event and for continuing to lead efforts that bring together expertise, insight, and purpose.

When terror strikes, law enforcement professionals stand firm. In the midst of fear, confusion, and danger, they respond with courage, discipline, and an unshakable commitment to protect innocent life. Their actions remind us that even in the darkest moments, there are men and women willing to run toward danger so others may find safety. We honor their strength, their sacrifice, and their steadfast service to our communities.

To America’s Law Enforcement Professionals 🇺🇸

When the noise is loud and the pressure is real, your mission remains clear.

Every day, you step forward with grit, discipline, and resolve to uphold the Constitution, protect our communities, and enforce the law—often under intense scrutiny and real risk. That commitment matters. It is the backbone of a free and ordered society.

Law enforcement isn’t about politics or popularity.
It’s about duty.
Standing the line when others step back.
Making hard decisions in real time.
Carrying responsibility so others may live safely and freely.

The Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation stands firmly behind you. We recognize the sacrifices you and your families make, and we respect the professionalism, courage, and integrity you bring to the job—every single day.

Stay focused. Stay resolute.
Your service is seen, valued, and essential to the strength of this nation.

With gratitude and unwavering support,
Board of Directors

The Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation (FEHSF) is sharing this because silence is costing lives.

“See Through The Darkness”—a powerful documentary by Frank X. Panico of Xs In The Sky Films—puts a human face on su***de prevention and survival within law enforcement and the military, and the lifelong impact su***de leaves behind.

At the center of the film is Carl David (SAS-AP) (AVDE-S), one of FEHSF’s most prominent supporters and the documentary’s Executive Producer (alongside Arlyn David). Carl’s story is real and unflinching: his brother died by su***de at just 22, and that loss changed his life instantly. With professional help, Carl fought his way back—carrying the permanent scar—and chose to speak publicly for one reason: to reach those who are close to the edge and remind them they are not alone.

The documentary also features a remarkable lineup of voices, including Dr. Jesse Collins (Army veteran, retired police officer), Kevin Donaldson (retired police officer and survivor), Matthew Werner (retired Naval Warfare Officer / SEAL Team 6), Matthew Thomas (storied Arizona Police Chief), Cary Reichbach (retired Special Forces / Founder of Grey Team), Patrick Fitzgibbons (Shatterproof), FHE Health / First Responder Mental Health, and Dr. Cathy Greenberg.

The film is available now to view via the official site (with a donation option).

Please watch, share, and start the conversations that keep people here tomorrow.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 (U.S.) — help is available 24/7.
