5 июня 2026 г. в ООН прошел День русского языка. Русский язык является одним из шести рабочих языков ООН. День русского языка приурочен к Дню рождения А.Пушкина и отмечается в ООН с 2007 года.
В этом году День русского языка был посвящен Далю.

В фойе здания ООН, под копией советского спутника, была развёрнута выставка, посвященная словарю В.Даля.

Представитель России при ООН В.Небензя в приветственном слове рассказал собравшимся гостям о роли словаря В.Даля для сохранения русского языка.

Гости также смогли послушать выступления российских музыкантов и певцов.

Представители РАКСИ с 2007 года принимают участие в праздновании Дня русского языка в ООН.

Моя мама, Левашова Тамара Николаевна, была врачом в эвакогоспитале, который вывозил раненных с фронта за Урал.
