Meet the 2026 recipient of the Catalyst Brands x FSF Scholarship: Cassandra Castro of the University of North Texas!

Cassandra, seen here visiting Catalyst Brands' NYC offices during , was awarded this Named Scholarship thanks to her submission of an impressive Case Study with her application to join FSF as a member of the Class of 2026. Her Merchandising Case Study, "Mood by Design," brought CB2 and Spotify together for a first-of-its-kind collection of smart furniture with immersive audio that users could both hear and feel.

Congratulations to 2026 FSF Scholar Anastasia Fedorova of Otis College of Art and Design for being named First Runner-Up in the Met Costume Institute's College Fashion Design Competition! We're so proud of Anastasia, who was also a member of our 2023 FSF Community College Scholarship cohort during her time at El Camino College. We loved seeing these images of her sketching and process work as she created her submission for the competition in partnership with her Otis Fashion classmate Ronan Oxley-Brown. Bravo, Anastasia!
