We’re super grateful to be living in an amazing brand new warehouse with tons of space to run around in that we offer to travelers from all over the world. The vibe in the house is a young (20’s-early 30’s), positive, social and super friendly. Our apartment is a great place to make new friends, find new adventures and live in a stunning space with cool people. The layout of the house is 2 floors
with 2 entrances and bathrooms (1 on each floor) and 8 bedrooms. We're located on the first and basement levels of the building. GUEST ACCESS
During your stay you will have access to the following amenities:
• Laundry: 2 locations, 1 in the basement and one on the 3rd floor. You’ll need a laundry card which we've provided on the refrigerator. You can add $ to the card using the machines in the laundry rooms. Beware my friend! The machine only accepts $5 bills and up.
• Sound system, projector and apple TV located in Kitchen/Living room
• Our Apple TV is under “Le Animal Haus” & can be accessed via any Apple device
- Thermostat- If you’re ever too hot or too cold, ask us how it works. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We love meeting new guests! And we also love doing our own thing. At our place you can have your cake and eat it too. :o)

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
One of our favorite past times in NYC and especially in Brooklyn is people watching. People here are eccentric, creative, friendly and interesting. So grab a coffee in one of the many cafes, pick a bench and take it in. From art, to food markets, parks, trendy clubs, bars and restaurants, we live in a mecca of options and amazingness. GETTING AROUND
3 minutes or 3 blocks. Anyway you look at it, we live super close to the L train. We’re off the Morgan stop on the L train which whisks you into the city in about 10-15 minutes. Please.
