Raising a child with a disability and special needs will involve manifold challenges. For caregivers raising children with disabilities, the challenges, pain, disappointments, questions, stress and exhaustion can become overwhelming. Assistance with advocacy, respite, medical issues, school programs, laws, and a host of other issues will all accompany this journey. Beautiful Souls serves to assist

in undergirding a community of caregivers to support one another along the way in answering questions, providing information, giving support, and offering understanding and friendship. Each of us can help one another as we walk out this journey, learning and growing from our personal experiences. Feel free to share your stories, photos, questions, challenges, victories, helpful links or websites, or just a poem or song that has lifted you up in your time of need. Let’s stay humble in our daily remarkable and monumental accomplishments in this great honor, and let's together remain supportive of our unique and beautiful children!

There’s just something about special needs parents. Badass is an understatement.

Many could not do what we’ve done.
Not unless they also had been given it.
The path was not easy.

Of course it was worth it.
That goes without saying.

But we should be Deeply proud of ourselves.
