Air Rights Bill on Gov. Cuomo's Desk;
Critical Town Hall Meeting Next Wed.
Nov. 13 at 6:30 pm.... We need a large turnout for this!

Late on Friday, the bill allowing 1.6 million square feet of air rights from the Hudson River Park to be used for development one block inland from the park arrived on Governor Cuomo's desk. He can sign it into law, veto it, or simply let it become law without his signature.
