Acompañanos a formar parte de una segunda charla comunitaria para familiarizarnos con la terminología sobre la depresión, ideación suicida y suicidio. Cómo identificar si alguien está en crisis. Cómo responder a alguien que lucha con la depresión y la ideación suicida. Cómo podemos cuidarnos si experimentamos estas emociones y cómo podemos responder como comunidad en general.
