Arts for India

Arts for India Arts * Education * Philanthropy Throughout 2011, we shall be having exchange programs between students and teachers. Patrons are also able to sponsor an artist.

‘Arts for India’ (www.artsforindia.org), is a charity which seeks to provide free and subsidized arts education to talented students enrolled at the International Institute of Fine Arts (IIFA), NCR of Delhi, India, as well as to build the first University of Arts in India. IIFA has partnered with the University of Arts London (UAL) as well as the Princes Drawing School to build capacity and provid

e mentoring and training for artists. We are also looking to appoint Ambassadors for Arts for India all over the world. In this way we believe we can reach out fundraising target for 2011 which is £1 million plus. Ambassadors could bring friends together in the form of a ‘giving circle’ over lunch or dinner and show our Arts for India video which outlines the very important work we are doing to educate poor and excluded children in the NCR of New Delhi. Following our spectacular launch in London at a sit down dinner at the Kensington Palace last November. We launced in USA on April 26th, 2012, at The Solomon R Guggenheim Museum in NYC.
