Trading success isn’t about predicting the market.
It’s about managing losses, maximizing winners, and protecting your capital.

Risk management is the real edge.

The biggest reason traders fail isn’t because they can’t find winning setups. It’s because they don’t manage risk.

Here’s what happens:

❌ They risk too much on a single trade.

❌ They cut winners too early.

❌ They let losers run, hoping they’ll come back.

❌ They take trades with a poor risk-to-reward ratio.

Imagine risking $300 to make $100.

Even if you’re right 60% of the time, you’re fighting an uphill battle.

Master traders think differently.

Before entering a trade ask yourself:

✅ How much can I lose?

✅ How much can I realistically make?

✅ Is the reward worth the risk?

A trader with a 40% win rate can still be profitable if their winners are 2-3x larger than their losers.

Trading isn’t about being right.

It’s about protecting capital long enough for your edge to play out.

Master risk management first. The profits usually follow.

$KO has broke the mid of the "scoop" pattern it had built. Dividend coming soon as well (next week?)

Anticipate weakness to continue. Thinking an Iron Condor would likely be a good choice. Let's talk about it in tomorrow afternoon live stream.

After earnings - $RIOT has almost doubled. While it is likely to continue higher in time it really looks like it is ready to take a break.

Was considering a short call vertical here using the July 17 expiry calls (short 25 / long 30).

May not pick these up today simply because I'd rather sell calls on an up day. Let's see if it tries to rally & let us in tomorrow.
