WYA members are comprised of young people between the ages of 10 and 30 who agree to the principles of the organization as outlined in our Charter. For over 25 years, the World Youth Alliance has worked alongside young people around the world — helping them grow, learn, and take part in building a better future, grounded in the dignity of every human person, from conception to natural death.

Education. Opportunity. Strong families. A future we help shape, together.

Because every young person deserves the chance to become who they’re meant to be.

Over 1,000 students. A shared focus on Human Dignity. 🌍

WYA Africa, in partnership with the Visionary Youth Circuit team, visited Mukaa Boys High School in Makueni County for the Youth Summit 2026.

The team engaged with over 1,000 students through discussions, music, workshops, and student presentations focused on human dignity.

The students had the opportunity to learn more about the mission and vision of the World Youth Alliance and to explore the idea that every human person has intrinsic, universal, and inalienable dignity.

We’re excited to see what’s next for these young scholars and future leaders. 🌍

Our Director of Policy and Research was joined by trained leaders from WYA Latin America to connect with important delegates and communicate the need for policy that promotes the dignity of the human person. Proud of this team and all of their hard work and dedication on the ground over these last few days in Panama!

In this case, the future members that we strive to build a better world for. A world that values each and every human person and welcomes them, regardless of ability or circumstance.

Mayisha, one of our Advocacy Academy trainers and alumni from Bangladesh, shares how completing the program moved her from understanding the theory of human dignity to actively defending it.

The program changed the way she sees the world. Through the curriculum, she learned how to speak the language of the UN, analyze WYA white papers, and understand how international policy is crafted.
