The National Institute for Latino Policy (NiLP) is an independent center established in 1982 in New York City originally as the Institute for Puerto Rican Policy (IPR). NiLP hosts The NiLP Network on Latino Issues, the Latino Voting Rights Network and the Latino Census Network.
