All fans, friends, and family of Notre Dame are welcome and encouraged to become members of the Notre Dame Club of New York (NDNY).

You do not need to be a graduate/alumni of Notre Dame to get involved! Our geographic area includes New York City (but not Staten Island) and parts of Westchester and Rockland counties. Buon Ferragosto! Come celebrate the major Italian summer holiday of Ferragosto with NDNY. We will visit a selection of cafes, delis and shops along Arthur Avenue, the Little Italy area of the Bronx.

Tickets are on sale now for our 2026 Universal Notre Dame Celebration and Student Sendoff! Dr. Kate Biberdorf, popularly known as “Kate the Chemist”, will join us for an afternoon of scientific excitement and wonder. A reception will follow, during which we will honor our incoming first-year students who will be moving to South Bend this fall. We will conclude our afternoon with the celebration of Holy Mass.

On Sunday, June 7th, the Notre Dame Club of New York City welcomed summer interns and new graduates from South Bend to the Big Apple!

Our newest local Domers bonded over food from diverse NYC eateries and competed against each other in NYC-themed trivia. Our wider alumni community then joined the group for a beautiful Mass celebrated by Fr. Cassian Derbes OP, Director of the Catholic Center at NYU.

We are extremely grateful for Fr. Cassian, Shannon Sullivan, and the entire incredible staff at The Catholic Center at NYU ! We could not have asked for a more gracious and generous host for these special summer events for our alumni community.

Calling all coffee lovers! Come join NDNY on a morning walk through NYC for our third annual coffee crawl! Whether you love coffee (or other drinks and snacks you might find in a coffee shop), enjoy exploring new corners of the city, want to test your or a friend’s caffeine tolerance, come join us for some caffinated (or decaffeinated) fun in the city!

The location for our coffee crawl this year is the West Village in Lower Manhattan. We will meet at the first location on the itinerary (Amano Cafe), stay for about 20-30 minutes, and walk together to the subsequent locations. The walk to each destination in the itinerary is about 5-10 minutes.

Please register for the event beforehand (so that we know you are coming), but feel free to just meet us (or depart) at any point along the itinerary. There is no cost to register, but attendees are expected to purchase their own coffee/food/drinks.

Please join us for our Monthly Mass on Sunday, June 7th at 4:30 PM at the Catholic Center at NYU! Fr. Cassian Derbes OP, Director of the Catholic Center—who previously served as a visiting professor at the University of Notre Dame—will celebrate our liturgy for the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ.

Afterwards, we will gather for a happy hour at a bar nearby in Greenwich Village.

We look forward to everyone joining us as we continue our spiritual journey in 2026!
