🚨ICE has kidnapped one of our neighbors from us!
Last week, a Grover Cleveland High School student was attending an immigration hearing when he was separated from his family and stolen away from his home here in Queens.

Join us tomorrow, June 12th, from 3:00 to 6:00 in Grover Cleveland Park as we come together as a community to hear from, learn with, and build our response with students, families, and neighbors.
NO ONE is coming to save us from the deadly weapons of American fascism. We MUST work together to defend our communities. We MUST look to each other for strength and hope. We MUST care for each other and struggle to win a better tomorrow!

We will share music, food, and knowledge and collectively begin to DEFEND OUR CITY.
All ages are welcome, bring someone you care for.

La semana pasada, un estudiante de Grover Cleveland High School estaba asistiendo a una audiencia de inmigración cuando fue separado de su familia y robado de su hogar aquí en Queens.

Júntennos mañana, el 12 de junio, a las 3:00 hasta las 6:00 de la tarde, en Grover Cleveland Park mientras unimos como comunidad para escuchar, aprender, y construir nuestras respuestas con estudiantes, familias, y vecinos.

Public transit should be free!

Just a reminder that the ever rising fare of public transit in NYC is class warfare, especially when we already suffering from skyrocketing rent and food prices.

The City should be funding public transit for the people, but instead they are giving our taxpayer money to expand police presence and violence to protect property of the oligarchs on Wall St🔥Mi Casa Resiste🌱ore fare evasion is not only for survival, but a form of protest, especially when the NYPD thinks fare evasion warrants a bullet to the head of New Yorkers.
