Founded in November 2011, and initially was composed of members from O.W.S. working groups, and non work group members, that were and are supporters of the core objectives of the Occupy Wall Street action. O.W.S. and Occupy Movement. Projects that the group initially dealt with were those that fall outside the frame work of a single wo

rk group and required quick action to implement and those that would be hampered by the normal process with in most work groups at the time.
