What a week in Italy! 🇮🇹

FEF students Dylan and Derek earned a once-in-a-lifetime Colavita trip after winning the 8th Annual Colavita Culinary Challenge, and spent six unforgettable days learning from locals, cooking with professional chefs, and exploring hospitality across Rome, Agnone, Campobasso, and Termoli.

Grazie to our incredible partners who made this experience possible:colavita

It's almost been a month... but we're still thinking of all of you who joined us at The NYC Dine Around 💙

On March 18, some of NYC’s most incredible people gathered in one room to celebrate our mission, our work, and our incredible students.

We are so grateful for every single guest who showed up and made the NYC Dine Around what it was.

Thank you for being part of the night. 😊

We gave them one tiny mic and one big question. 🎤

If you could describe FEF in one word, what would it be?

The answers said everything.

Huge thank you to our blue carpet host, FEF alum Traceena, proof that once FEF, always FEF.

We're still thinking about the conversation had with students at , the kind of honest, real-talk session that you can't get from a textbook.

This is what the Visiting Industry Professionals program is all about. Getting the right people in front of our students, and letting the magic happen.

Thank you, Gia. 💙
