25 years of empowering young people to take control of their future. We envision a world where everyone has access to an equitable path to success.

Our mission is to inspire and empower all youth to take control of their future.

Summer in NYC doesn’t slow down. Neither do our young people.

This summer, 1,200+ Roads to Success youth stepped into the workforce through SYEP(A program funded by NYC Department of Youth and Community Development), earning, learning and building skills for their futures.

From healthcare and technology to media, real estate, sports and community organizations, our youth gained real-world experience, professional skills and a stronger sense of what’s possible.

And they didn’t just spend the summer working. They were learning, contributing and growing, across NYC.

We’re proud to see this impact recognized by Harlem World Magazine.

800+ young people.
One incredible day.
Endless possibilities.

The 10th Annual RTS Success Summit brought together more than 800 NYC youth for a day filled with learning, inspiration, and meaningful connections.
From career exploration and college readiness to financial literacy, leadership, technology, and the arts, participants engaged in workshops, panel discussions, and conversations with professionals who shared their journeys and encouraged them to dream bigger.
As we celebrate both 10 years of the RTS Success Summit and 25 years of Roads to Success, we’re reminded that empowering young people starts with creating opportunities to learn, connect, and grow.

A heartfelt thank you to our incredible speakers, panelists, volunteers, and partners for making this milestone event possible. We are especially grateful to The City College of New York, our 2026 Event Partner, for hosting the Summit, and to the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) for their continued partnership and commitment to NYC youth.

To every young person who showed up curious, engaged, and ready to invest in their future, this day was for you. We can’t wait to see where your journey takes you.

Color, culture, and community all in one place 🎉🌮💃

Our DYCD Cornerstone program at Boston Secor was full of joy as our young people came together to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! From vibrant crafts and music to dancing, fresh haircuts, and free books, every moment was about creating a space where youth feel seen, supported, and celebrated.

It’s more than just a celebration, it’s about building community, uplifting culture, and making sure every child has a place to belong ❤️
