*GSD Self Defense* builds confidence and teaches life-skills for the challenges of today (antisemitism).

They are a *nonprofit* operated by experts committed to safeguarding and empowering the Jewish community.

Their NYC program is expanding next week and offered an amazing deal. The training focuses on a multitude of techniques, such as _scenario based training (ex. what to do in the subway), inside/360 defenses, situational awareness, defense against punches, chokes, bear hugs, multiple attackers, knives_,and...have fun doing it. Really!

Classes are held in *Hudson Yards* — close to every form of mass transportation the city offers.

Thank you for joining us at our event, “Understanding Israel”. The attention, support, and emotion of the 250+ people who gathered was remarkable.

Our goal was to bring a deeper understanding of Israel by providing greater context to the conflict from senior-level leaders with real-world experience. We hope this perspective will help you and others see the conflict as more than a single, isolated event, but rather part of a long history that will require time and patience.

Until then, we as Americans can and must play a vital role in the protection of the people of Israel. If there was ever a time to show Israel that we are unwavering in our support, now is that time.

Friends, my dear cousin .nahmias has now been defending Israel’s right to exist for 100 days AND he is just $5K away from reaching his goal to raise ~$75k for ceramic plated protective vests for the unit of 80 reserves that he leads, who are bravely defending Israel in the north from Hezbollah.

Despite what you think you know about this conflict and what you are being told by MSM, there are incredible huge hearted Israelis who only desire peace but are fending for their lives right now, with rockets and anti-tank missiles being shot at them from all directions!
