If you know an outstanding NYC afterschool educator and are considering submitting a PASEsetter Nomination, join the PASE team for an upcoming PASEsetter Application Clinic.

This month, our team is hosting Application Clinics on October 5th and October 23rd to provide an overview of the award and tips for crafting a compelling nomination. These sessions will also highlight sample past winning nominations and provide space for Q&A.

PASE is hiring - help us find our next Senior Program Director!

We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and highly organized Senior Program Director to manage a diverse portfolio of professional development for New York City youth development professionals. If you enjoy designing, coordinating, or delivering hands-on trainings, are familiar with youth work in school and community settings, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously, this might be the job for you.

More about the role:

The Senior Program Director will lead program delivery, engage with PASE partners and the PASE network, and support the overall PASE program team. This role will oversee a portfolio that includes PASE’s DYCD-funded professional development contract, ensuring alignment with the needs of the field and organizational priorities.

📍 Hybrid | Lower Manhattan
💰 $75-80K

PASE is accepting applications from Executive Directors for our 2026-27 Executive Leadership Series for Small Agencies.

This cohort allows organizational leaders to gather and plan for their agency’s future, share resources, and create and build partnerships with organizations facing similar challenges.

Do you support first-gen, low-income students on their college journeys? Do you want to explore ways to help students gain access to and thrive at highly selective institutions?

Join us in-person on September 29, 2026 from 10:00AM – 12:00PM for an interactive workshop featuring candid conversations with representatives from Brown University, Columbia University, Princeton University, and Yale University.

PASE is now accepting workshop proposals for Activating the Power of Afterschool — our annual conference happening July 21, 2026 at Baruch College’s Vertical Campus.

We’re looking for engaging, interactive workshops on topics including:

✔️ Staff supervision and management
✔️ SEL and mental health
✔️ Supporting neurodivergent learners
✔️ Youth leadership and activism
✔️ College and career readiness
✔️ Effective program design
✔️ Conflict resolution
✔️ And more

We’re especially interested in sessions that are practical, equity-centered, and adaptable across different youth-serving settings.
