We’ve seen the consequences of complacency, so please check in with your family, friends, and neighbors to see if they’re registered. If they’re not, encourage them to do so. Let’s make this vote count and be the change we want to see.

This month’s meeting was a resounding success, with a full house, sharing in sisterhood and fellowship. As October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, our speaker, Antoinette Banks, shared her personal story of domestic violence and offered valuable insights into supporting and empowering women.

We also celebrated Angela Darling, our Spotlightsd Member of the month, for her dedication to our community and her contributions beyond its borders.

The executive board of the Northbronx Section extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone who attended and shared in last night’s meaningful conversations.

On Saturday, NCNW North Bronx, hosted its annual Health is Wealth Fair bringing resources directly to the community. Working alongside the Williamsbridge NAACP chapter, the day was truly a success. Thank you to everyone who made this event a success.

NCNW’s North Bronx section has been dedicated to the bright futures of our young people. By investing in their interests, we ensure they stay on track and achieve their goals.

This month, we partnered with Shaq, our elected officials Councilman Kevin Riley, Senator Jamaal Bailey and MS.180, to host a sneaker giveaway. Additionally, we collaborated with Cornerstone Academy to organize a spelling bee for the students.
