Voting plays a crucial role in empowering marginalized communities, especially during challenging times like these. We are in real time witnessing the erosion of fundamental rights, such as the Voting Rights Act and we must act! If you know someone who is not registered to vote, encourage them to register and participate in the democratic process.

This past Saturday, we celebrated our 59th annual NCNW North Bronx Honors Luncheon. This celebration of women from all over our borough highlights the numerous accomplishments women bring to our community. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our honorees for their unwavering hard work and dedication. Additionally, we express our deepest appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of our day. On behalf of the board of NBNCNW, we sincerely thank you.

Today may be the last day of but we celebrate women EVERYDAY!
