Join us in welcoming Kappler to the SoHo Design District!

Since 1947, Kappler has approached healthcare design from the inside out. What began as a family millwork shop in Germany’s Black Forest evolved into an interdisciplinary design firm creating health and wellness spaces where architecture, craftsmanship, and care come together.

Four generations later, that same philosophy continues. Every cabinet is still produced in the German town where the company began, carrying forward a legacy shaped by precision, material expertise, and an understanding that the spaces we inhabit can influence how we feel.

One of our favorite NYCxDESIGN debuts is still on view in SoHo.

Earlier this month, Lodes introduced Axia, a new suspension lamp that reinterprets the traditional chandelier through a contemporary lens. Balancing light, form, and technology, the design creates a sculptural presence that feels both innovative and understated.

Axia, along with other Lodes lighting collections, is currently on display at Scavolini’s SoHo Gallery at 429 West Broadway. Stop in and see what’s lighting up the district. ⭐️

The Picasso vide poches, crafted in luxurious Foglizzo leather, bring a refined sense of order to everyday spaces. Designed to move effortlessly from entryway to bedside, each piece invites a considered approach as to how objects are placed and experienced.
