At the Jack Martin Fund, we're committed to investing in the future of pediatric cancer care 💙

In 2022, we proudly made a $3.5 million commitment to establish the Jack Martin Fund Child and Adolescent Imaging Center at .

In 2026, we are grateful to say we have almost completed that commitment.

This new state-of-the-art facility will advance pediatric imaging, strengthen groundbreaking research, and help ensure children receive the highest quality care for years to come.

The JMF Playspace at is stocked with games, crafts, books, toys, and activities that give children a chance to laugh, create, and simply be kids during their hospital stay.

What began with a mission to honor Jack Martin's legacy has evolved into decades of support for children with cancer and blood disorders, groundbreaking medical research, innovative technology, and family-centered care at Mount Sinai.

Since our founding in 1950, the Jack Martin Fund has never had paid employees. Every fundraiser, event, and initiative has been led by dedicated volunteers who generously give their time, talents, and hearts to support children and families at Mount Sinai.

Installed in 1991, the Jack Martin Fund tribute plaque has welcomed generations of patients, families, physicians, and supporters at Mount Sinai. More than three decades later, it still stands as a lasting reminder of the compassion, generosity, and commitment that have defined the Jack Martin Fund for 75 years.
