🎳 Pin It Forward is on a roll!

Thanks to our incredible CFS families, Board members, partners, and friends, we’ve already surpassed our $10,000 fundraising goal and raised more than $12,000 for this special participant-led fundraiser!

A huge thank you to All Boro Inc., our Spare Sponsor, and to everyone who has purchased tickets, donated tickets for CFS participants, sponsored the event, or made a gift.

And our participants continue to lead the way!

Jeff has been at the heart of organizing and promoting Pin It Forward, while fellow CFS participant Tucker Burroughs Salovaara put his creative talents to work designing this fantastic graphic to help spread the word.

The event sold out, but there’s good news: we’ve added more lanes so more of you can join the fun!

Come bowl with Jeff, Tucker, and the CFS community, or donate tickets so more CFS participants can be there with us.

Every dollar raised supports our Innovative Planning and Advocacy Department and opportunities for self-advocacy, leadership, life-skills development, creative programming, and community connection.

📅 September 14 | 6:30–8:30 PM
📍 Lucky Strike – Times Square

Let’s fill those new lanes and see how much further we can go together!

Some people collect souvenirs. Oscar collects people.

Oscar is a storyteller whose love of filmmaking begins—and ends—in conversations with all the characters whom he has collected throughout his life.

What started as a way to stay connected during the pandemic has taken him to film festivals, advocacy conferences, community events and, most recently, an New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities documentary project with Georgetown University's National Center for Cultural Competence.

Spend just a minute with Oscar and you’re immediately lifted by his infectious enthusiasm. Every conversation quickly turns to something he’s excited about: a film festival, a new project, an advocacy conference, a volunteer event, or someone he’s recently met.

đź“… Save the Date!

Join us on October 22 for the 2026 CFS Awards Dinner: Together for Opportunity.

Every day, The Center for Family Support brings people together to create opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent, meaningful, and connected lives.

This special evening celebrates the people, partnerships, and community that make our life-changing work possible. We're also proud to recognize two outstanding leaders whose generosity, service, and commitment continue to strengthen our mission:

✨ Jennifer Lazarus
Co-Chair, CFSNJ Board | Board Member, CFSNY Board

✨ Mell Goldman
Founder & CEO, All Boro Inc.

More than a celebration, this is one of CFS' most important annual fundraisers. Every ticket, sponsorship, and donation helps sustain the innovative, person-centered programs that create opportunities for more than 1,000 individuals and families across New York and New Jersey.
