On January 5, 2026, Fight 2 Live and concerned community members delivered Action Item #1 directly to the New York Department of Corrections (NY DOCCS) Commissioner Daniel F. Martuscello III. Instead of addressing our concerns, he ran out of the room.
We will continue to fight for our loved ones at Bedford Hills Correctional Facility until their demands are met:
1. FIRE MICHAEL BLOT
2. REINSTATE GROUP SHOWER TIMES FOR TRANS, INTERSEX, AND RELIGIOUS GROUPS, WITH PERSONAL SHOWER TIMES IF REQUESTED
3. REINSTATE FULL SHOWER ACCESS FOR ALL
4. BRING BACK INDOOR REC TIME & STOP ALL VIOLATIONS OF THE HALT ACT
