MADBAY
Madaline Maravillas and Bayley Banks, or MadBay, met during their freshman year at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. After graduating in 2019, they went on to teach at the same dance studio, perform together, and attend workshops together, allowing them to continue exploring their improvisational interests as a duet. Introducing the May 23rd Performance Party Artists!

CALLI MEDLEY
Calli Medley is an actor, musician, and dancer based in New York. Her debut album is set to premiere in June 2026. Yearning for truth and human-ness in the current music climate, her solo songwriting style is Acoustic Folk & Funk inspired by the 1960s, and her hikes across the world.

ABBONDANZA
Claire Louise Goldes is a Brooklyn-based choreographer, performer, Pilates instructor, and director of ABBONDANZA Movement Collective. She is sharing a deepening of Only Skylights, an evening-length work exploring shifting archetypes, animal and celestial imagery, and the human instinct of pattern-searching and meaning-making. The excerpt lingers in the moment a wish is made and that which follows, as we look for signs, outcomes, and possible answers. It moves through memory, coincidence, and personal rituals as ways of seeking pleasure, relief, and something to hold onto when certainty slips. .a

A Night with Go.Co
Jun 6 | 6:30 & 8:30

go.co has been on a Creative Journey, gradually building a series of eclectic dance works that we are excited to share with you as a part of our first solo show! As a bonus, we’ll also be premiering ‘And Then There Were None’- a work inspired by the resurgence in popularity for classic murder-mysteries and the supernatural. go.co is a community of dancers who center work around engagement and choice. Some choices are made by Maggie, our choreographer. Some are made by the dancers, and some will be made by you. After all the choices are on the table, we want to hear from you! Thank you for building the final version of this show with us.co

Composites
Sat, May 30 | 6:30
Sun, May 31 | 5:00 & 7:30

Composites, choreographed and performed by Ramona Sekulovic, is a multidisciplinary dance performance investigating presence: what it means for a performer, how it is received by an audience, and how it relates to technique. Rooted in Sekulovic’s ongoing research with the Feldenkrais Method, the work reflects a dance practice shaped by the experience of moving, learning, and performing while aging. Created in close relationship to Philip Glass’ Etudes for Piano, Composites uses choreography as a way to study the body, refine technique, and return attention to embodied experience.

In a media-saturated world where physical self-image is constantly shaped from the outside, Composites invites audiences back into direct sensory awareness. Saturday’s performance will be preceded by Humans Are Here, Too, Sekulovic’s dance documentary exploring presence through Zvi Gotheiner’s ballet class, featuring interviews with dancers, musicians, and artists across generations.

Dualism
May 28 | 6:30 & 8:30

DUALISM is a new contemporary dance work featuring choreography and movement direction by Hannah Grace Weinmaster, with original music and sound direction by Thiago Dom Oliveira. Through an immersive blend of movement, original composition, and storytelling, the piece examines the tension and harmony between opposing forces: mind and heart, attraction and resistance, industrialization and organic existence, Fordism and self-production, consciousness and dream-state. DUALISM questions what it means to exist within contradiction, exploring the body as both a site of conflict and integration. Can opposing extremes truly coexist within a single mind and body, or must one inevitably give way to the other?

What Shifts Here
Sun, May 24 | 3:30 & 5:30

“What Shifts Here” is a program rooted in the Japanese concept of kaizen—small, continuous shifts that accumulate into long-term transformation. Shaindel’s piece, “+1” is centered around small changes made to achieve deep transformation, and all works showcased share a similar investment in the human experience. “+1” also explores how we respond to the things that shape us: despondency and resilience, uncertainty and adaptation, growth mindsets and the quiet ways we evolve over time. All works in this show engage deeply with vast human tendencies—the emotional, physical, and psychological. So, how do you as a viewer resonate with, challenge, or expand the conversation around process, change, and the many ways bodies, like your own, navigate being human?
