this 4 month old emaciated puppy was starved & dumped here, in a remote location, like garbage. not only is this disgusting, it's unacceptable on every level!!! Whoever left her, left her to die, not to be saved or found, but to suffer & die. we are heartbroken & we are sickened. What kind of world are we living in?!!! We think Willow's life matters, in fact we KNOW it does with every fiber of our
