Each year, the NOVA Conference brings together Italian Business Leaders with the International MBA community and Italian professionals. This year's theme "The Great Beauty: how excellence wins globally" focuses on the Italian excellence in Fashion, Luxury and Food and Beverage. In particular, discussions look at how these industries drive growth and innovation in the economy and how the financial

sector can support them in the process. The Conference is organized to include provoking presentations from thought leaders, engaging panel discussions from industry experts and networking opportunities to foster connections that will surely last beyound the duration of the conference. Current MBA students also benefited from the opportunity to participate in exclusive recruitment events with our prestigious partners.
