Legendary broadcaster told us after last Thursday’s historic win that Nebrasketball fans no longer have to watch the NCAA tournament and dream of a win for our team. But none of us could have dreamed what’s come next. The fairy tale season has carried us all the way to the Sweet 16, only for our biggest rival to land in our path. One will advance to Elite 8, while the other’s season ends at the hands of their worst nemesis. Hollywood should be calling for the rights to such a rich story. This is one of the biggest moments in Nebraska sports history, so there shouldn’t be a single empty square inch of this Thursday night (3/26). Tip-off against Iowa is at 7:30pm - wear red and be prepared to shake Midtown. See you then! GBR!

The curse is broken. Nebrasketball has made history. And for the first time ever, we get to keep dancing! 🥹 We don’t have to sit here and wax poetic about how special this is. Let’s just pack the tonight to show it. Tip-off against 5-seed Vanderbilt is at 8:45pm. We’ll see you there! GO BIG RED!

The time is here! This is the moment that this whole magical season has been leading up to. Nebrasketball is set up well to take their first ever NCAA Tournament win. So let’s get together and watch history be made. We’ll be calling out of work to watch fourth-seeded Nebraska vs #13 seed Troy on Thursday, March 19, at 12:30pm. You should too. See you then! Nebrasketball’s opponent for their first B1G tourney game is set! And it’s a chance for a bit of revenge. 😈 The #2 seed Huskers will take on #7 seed Purdue TONIGHT at 6:30pm on their journey towards a B1G title. We’ll be rooting them on from the and we hope to see you there, decked in red and ready to get loud! GBR!

Holy corn, Husker fans! With last night’s victory over Iowa (hehe), Nebrasketball finished second in the Big Ten regular season! That means they secured a coveted triple bye for this week’s B1G tournament and will face off against Purdue, Indiana, Northwestern or Penn State (dependent on opening rounds results) this Friday, 3/13, at 6:30pm. We can’t think of a better way to spend a Friday night than to gather at and will our Huskers towards their first B1G title. We hope to see you there too! GBR!

Alright, it’s a little last minute. But your Nebraska basketball team is STILL ranked in the top ten and we can’t help but keep the celebration going. So we’re gathering at tomorrow night (2/10) at 7pm to watch the #7 Huskers take on #13 Purdue. Nothing fancy - just folks getting together at the bar to watch the game. We hope to see you there. #5! Did you ever think you’d see the day where you could say Nebrasketball is a top 5 team?! Suddenly, tomorrow’s matchup against #3 Michigan looks to be the biggest game in school history. So let’s brave the cold and snow, pack , and will the Huskers to 21-0 together! First two drinks are on us, starting at 6pm. See you there! GBR!

CAN YOU FEEL IT?! If it’s the flu, see a doctor. But if it’s Nebrasketball fever, see a bartender! We’ve been itching to get Husker fans together for a happy hour and what better excuse to do so than to witness the historic run our men’s hoops team is on! Ranked #8 last week, Nebraska could be in position to make their showdown with Michigan on 1/27 a top 5 matchup. We’ll be at at 6pm to mingle ahead of the 7pm tipoff. And your first two drinks are on us (while supplies last)! We hope to see you there! GBR!

We hope you had an amazing holiday! But now it’s back to business. Nebraska takes on a salty Utah squad in the Las Vegas Bowl on New Year’s Eve at 3:30pm. The Brazen Tavern is ready to host one last 2025 football party before the ball drops, so let’s show up, show out, and head into 2026 with a win! We’ll see you on NYE! GBR!
