Join us on the first Tuesday of every month usually at Quinns in Beacon NY for a night of open drawing, interesting conversation, creative scheming, great music, and solid people. Club/Draw is a vibrant and inclusive monthly drawing club that has been gathering in Beacon, NY since 2014. The club meets on the first Tuesday of every month from 8pm to midnight at Quinns, a cozy venue in the heart of

Beacon. The night is filled with creative energy as club members settle into booths with their art supplies, sipping hot sake and slurping on bowls of ramen while they draw and mingle with other artists. The atmosphere is further enlivened by a rotating lineup of talented DJs and live musicians who set the tone for the evening with their music. With over 100 sessions under its belt, Club/Draw has become a well-established meeting place for artists in Beacon. Whether you're new to the area or a long-time resident, you're sure to find a warm welcome and plenty of inspiration at this monthly event. Before the pandemic, Club/Draw also hosted an annual summer art picnic at the university settlement camp that was a highlight of the season. This family-friendly event featured live bands, art workshops, food, and games, and was eagerly anticipated each year. Although the pandemic forced a hiatus, a 2023 Club/Draw Picnic Reboot is currently being discussed and promises to be a fantastic opportunity to reconnect with fellow artists in the community. In addition to its regular monthly meetings and annual picnic, Club/Draw has also organized and promoted one-off music events featuring bands such as Shana Falana, Audra Sonic, and Mdou Moctar. The club's success has even led to the formation of additional chapters in Rosendale, NY, and Portland, Oregon, with the possibility of more clubs starting up in other cities across the country. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out, Club/Draw is the perfect place to connect with like-minded creatives, hone your skills, and have a great time in a supportive and inspiring environment.
