Each week we ask our program participants who will be forming they’re enterprises in 2025 to identify the problem they’re solving and how they intend to solve it. This exercise is designed to get them so in tune with their UVP (unique value proposition) that they are able to clearly articulate their ideas with a funder, investor, or potential client. During our class this past Saturday, Angela Majette, the founder of , was a guest virtual facilitator speaking to our cohort about contracts, business formation, and the benefits of being connected to Black Connect. It really is about building community and being prepared legally for the entrepreneurial journey. We’re still working on identifying the problem and clarifying our solution, so that we have a solid foundation on which to build our businesses. It’s really a process that each business owner must go through.
