OBC is a borough-wide grass roots not-for-profit organization comprised of a
network of block and tenant associations, merchant associations and
other community based organizations. We are dedicated to empowering
people in local communities to address issues that affect the quality of
their lives by supporting and implement-ing programs designed and calculated
to improve and enhance the lives of o

ur youth, seniors, and other citizens. OBC is funded by private and public funds.
