Meet Rachel Waltman, Program Associate on the Alternative Investments Team here at SEO. Rachel joined the team in February of 2019, just before our 10th Annual Alternative Investments Conference. Prior to her time at SEO, Rachel worked as a campaign associate for Hakeem Jeffries. Rachel graduated from Stanford University with a double major in history and Spanish, and then was a Fulbright Scholar in Madrid, Spain. After that, Rachel obtained her Master's of Sociology in Human Rights at the London School of Economics.

"I've always been interested in human rights, specifically in education. What lead me to SEO was our common belief that talent is universal but opportunity is not. I truly admire the mission statement and everything we do at SEO. It's so important that we help provide that pipeline, in high school and with professional access. That's why SEO has seen such success."

Juan-Camilo Posada is an SEO Alternative Investments Fellow, and SEO Career alumus from the Class of 2017. Currently, he works as an analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Technology Investment Banking Team. Prior to starting his role at RBC, he worked for the McCombie Group, as a private equity analyst. J.C. graduated from the Florida State University with a dual B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting.
