MOMENT’s mission is to preserve the history of New York City music diversity and independent music culture through exhibit, education and performance. MOMENT looks at all aspects of music and musical entertainment throughout NYC’s history including writing, performing, recording, broadcast, historic venues, communities and musical theater, spanning from the earliest records to the present day.
