Thanks, Today Parents for sharing my words. For some, Mother’s Day is filled with mixed emotions...for me it is a time to both celebrate my mom and grieve her loss.

This is the story of a very personal experience, so of course I’m putting it on Facebook! Seriously, it took me over nine years to write about my pregnancy losses. I hope my story touches others and helps to remove some of the stigma. Thank you Prenatal Yoga Center for publishing this piece on your blog. Please share.

Hi all! Wanted to spread the word about a great moms group I've been leading since last spring, which is starting back up again next week. It's a group for moms who recently had another baby and want a safe, non-judgmental place to talk with other moms about all that comes with parenting two (or more) children. Topics ranged from brainstorming strategies for dealing with sleep, behavior challenges, work/life balance, relationships with spouse, etc etc. I'm the group leader and an UWS psychologist and mother of two. The group meets Mondays at 1pm beginning next week. PM me for more information!!
