From Haiti to the Basque country, New Zealand to New Orleans I will travel to as many cities as I can and work free-of-charge for up to three weeks as a guest chef, My specialty is New York cusine- a uniquely refined and sophisticated version of American cuisine that concentrates on fresh and exotic ingredients, to amp up and fuse classic American & international dishes. I will help with a promotional campaign, and at the end leave you with the profits.
