I’m rather upset about all this movement and how only the men are being held accountable, and not the women abusers.
Anyone at any point can go to any police and file a complaint. Sadly, according to the CDC, each year 7.5 million people claim abuse. Of those 7.5m, roughly 664,500 are exonerated due to a perjured statement. Sadly, many will abuse this privilege and fabricate any narrative in order to Abuse Restraining Orders.
It’s also why so many people are NOT believed.
Brooke Shields went across the street to our local police to file a complaint. She didn’t want any harm to come to me, nor did she want any charges filed.
Enter prosecutorial abuse, and the fundamental reason why the Manhattan DA race has a write in. Manhattan said enough was enough. Cy Vance and his corruption must end. I’m living proof of his abuse and that the only way a prosecutor could State I was a harasser was to Suborn Perjury, which we’ve proven.
Brooke may have lied in court and committed the crime of perjury. She is also the victim of a corrupt judicial system and a grossly incompetent/corrupt/criminal ADA Angelica Gregory. It’s also not just me who’s a victim, Cy Vance denied Trump victims, and Weinstein victims.. a former NYADA said I’d never be successful going up against a celebrity. That’s fine. I wasn’t going to also commit perjury to get away with something I didn’t do.
Listen, if you offer a slap on the wrist and zero penalty when children were used as pawns as alleged stalking victims, then it’s hardly stalking but abuse of power. It’s Cy Vance DAship. You don’t give a get out of jail free card (which the Manhattan DA did for a year and a half...) to an actual child abuser, you castrate them. And when they refuse your bribery, you win at any cost by Suborning Perjury.
The police investigated and found a pattern of bullying about me on a site called RipOff report. The complaint was made by Michael Levine who had stolen tens of thousands of dollars from me. For insurance, I had to file a police report and his filing a bogus report was his payback. In this report he claimed I was a child molester, celebrity chaser and was running a fake charity- which of course I wasn’t.
The DA decided to prosecute. Upon their investigation, they learned that I was in fact a legal 501c3, and that Skaden Arps was my legal counsel. They also learned that I was in fact working with Newtown and was representing both the town and the families that suffered at the Sandy Hook Elementary School Shooting.
We are first responders, and provided the town with our 20+ years of trauma/PTSD work with the proposal of building a children’s center.
Ms. Shields and I have gone back from the 80’s where her mother had become friends of the family. And her involvement had led to my childhood rapist’s Prosecution.
In the neighborhood, we have to sit with our cars 2x a week from 9-10:30 for street cleaning. Prior to 5May 2015, I had parked in the West Village without incident seeking spaces predominantly on Bank St. incidentally, I’ve also lived in the neighborhood since 1999. The one time I park on w10th St, in front of Ms. Shields is when there was a problem. Again, living just 2blocks Over, I often frequent the same paths daily. (You tend to stay within an 8block radius- you know New York.)
I work for myself advocating abuse, and taking up opposing gun violence which forces me out of my home at 7 to sit at a local coffee shop if I’m ever to get any work done. 5 May 2015, Brooke had passed me by on the street, and as a good neighbor and 2 to get her to join our work in Newtown, I humbly offered her my parking spot. (I’ve done the same to many as any good neighbor would. Liv Tyler is also a neighbor and she always appreciated being able to park right in front of her home..). Spots are often very difficult to get and being a good neighbor has brought good will.
So this one day I see Brooke, I offer her my spot and identify it.. it’s around 10am, and I know this because I had a prescheduled appointment at the DMV downtown at the Wall St. I come back to the area to find my car wiped clean and scratched so I took to social media.
Ms. Shields took it as a sign of aggression and I went to social media because a man’s car is sacred. Also because that’s what social media is- you post personal relatable issues for followers. The account was Sandy Hook CenTer so of course it was created solely to inform our followers and the public as it’s intended.
The DA saw an opportunity to win a high profile case and ‘stacked’ charges to make the consequences unbearable. However, the charges were harassment and Stalking with the narrative of targeting Ms. Shields’ children. Which of course is not only gravely offensive, but a down right lie.
Ms. Shields testified in court that her children didn’t need any more toys. The defense was making an offensive correlation to an actual killer who defined the stalking laws back in the late 80’s. The man, had sent toys to Rebecca Schaefer, the 80’s actress, and after she rejected him, the psychopath killed her.
Now, I’m the first one to admit that children are off limits. I also get upset when the media imposes.. and I hate celebrity as a result.
I’m an actor and the last part I had gone out for was A Few Good Men. I’m not sure where I got my courage to go against a corrupt system, but the lines I spoke rang true in my opposition.
“If a judge and jury decide what I did was wrong.. I’ll accept the consequences. But, I will not dishonor myself or my unit so I can go home in 6months.”
The toys Ms. Shields was referring to were not toys at all. They were actual Sandy Hook stuffed animals rescued with permission to be part of the permanent memorial in Newtown upon the build of our proposed Center. Billionaire Bill Ackman has pledged his support through his philanthropic arm of his multi-billion dollar empire with a promise of a billion dollars pledged from both Bill and his wife Karen to go to charity. They had become my mentor with the help of Paul Bernstein heading up Pershing Square Foundation.
The stuffed bears were also a way to stay connected to the familiar neighbors who had pledged their support. Like, Sarah Jessica Parker who had promised to do a PSA, and was negotiating a cover story on ABC’s The View. Julianne Moore who hugs and kisses me in the neighbor who joined us just a day after the massacre. And also Liv Tyler who I help bring in furniture or anything bulky she might need help with if I’m close by.. incidentally, I was also on Anderson Cooper, and Dr Oz- both have Sandy Hook rescues.
When the stuffed bears were sent out, in addition to the bear they accompanied a Sandy Hook invite to a Hallmark Sponsored Tree Trimming event (captured by Getty images....) located in Newtown on Sandy Hooks first anniversary. For this event, Hallmark created 26 one of a kind ornaments that honored each life senselessly taken. In the invite, there was also an express directive stating that ‘Chuck,’ the name of the bear was on loan and the wish was that they personally put him in its final position at the 2016 voted in Center.
I also need to clarify that the above mentioned all had the same letter. The only change was the addressed to and Chuck was the name of all 8 bears given out.
Also, this wasn’t just my doing. There were three of us from Sandy Hook who were responsible for the rescued sacred artifacts, and were all in agreement to send them out to our famed super-heroes.
Ms. Shields’ nanny was asked prior to the package sent out, and had confirmed its delivery after the fact. However, despite Kelly Corrigan’s admittance that Brooke has indeed received the package, she was very gracious and receptive.
Years later, Ms. Shields would lie in court saying she had no idea of the package contents. Which, as I said is false given her nanny’s admittance. Ms. Parker was also a witness because her camp had shared with us that Brooke had discussed Sandy Hook with Ms. Parker.
The other lie Ms. Shields told in court, was my whereabouts on 5May 2915. As I stated, I had an 11:00 on the books, computer generated/proven government agency appointment in Wall Street. However, the story Ms. Shields spun was that I had followed her throughout the neighborhood and to the West Side highway simply because in my grip I had commented on her working out.. well, when you’re walking in sweats with a water bottle any normal person would make the same assessment.
The bottom line is that in order to be criminal one must intend to harass and cause fear. I did neither.
Also, I was innocent so my fighting back was to gain followers and more support for our work in Newtown which we have done. As it stands prior to Brooke’s Perjury we had 100,000 supporters. Now, we have over 33million.
When you state that Shaun White has to address his abuse, why don’t the women who abuse?

If we want 50/50 by 20/20... then us men being criminalized for actually doing what society asks, enter any quote from Mr. King, then I’m sorry there will never be equality.
Also, not to negate any injustice to women... I’d rather suppress my distraction. But, when you say Mr. White has to address his allegations, so must Ms. Shields.
