What an incredible day of movement, dance, and inspiration! 💫

Thank you, NikeNYC, Alvin Ailey, and MJ The Musical for inviting our girls to an unforgettable Girl Play Day last August 19! From learning Smooth Criminal choreography with Broadway’s Kali May Grinder to experiencing MJ The Musical, it was a truly special experience.

We’re grateful for this opportunity to celebrate movement, creativity, and Michael Jackson's legacy with our athletes! ❤️

Yesterday, August 18, we were honored to be invited to participate in a meaningful Laptop Giveaway at Abyssinian Baptist Church.

Through the generosity of Harlem Jr. Tennis & Education Program, AT&T and Tech:NYC, and The Abyssinian Baptist Church, 200 laptops were distributed to young people, including our WHGF students.

We’re grateful to have been included in this important initiative and to see our students receive a resource that can support their education, opportunities, and future.

We also appreciate the presence of U.S. Senator Chuck Schumer, Council Member Dr. Yusef Salaam, and Assemblyman Jordan J.G. Wright, who joined us to share words of encouragement and show their support for Harlem’s youth.

We are grateful for your continued investment in our young people and their future! 💻❤️

There’s nothing better than learning from athletes who are competing and thriving at the highest level. Earlier this summer, our WHGF gymnasts had the opportunity to learn from NCAA gymnast Kyrstin Johnson — watching, listening, asking questions, and seeing firsthand where years of dedication can lead. 💜
