Sean Graney is so excited to have this production of TWELVE NIGHTS at Pull Together Productions. He is a theater adapter/ director based in Chicago, IL. He recently finished a yearlong fellowship at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard University where he completed All Our Tragic, his 12 hour adaptation combining all thirty-two surviving Greek Tragedies. Sean is the Founding Director of The Hypocrites, a Chicago theater company where he served as the Artistic Director for 14 years. Sean has written and adapted several plays, including Sophocles: Seven Sicknesses, an adaptation of all seven surviving texts of Sophocles, which had successful runs in both Chicago with the Hypocrites and in New York with the Flea Theater. As a director, Sean has helmed over 30 productions for The Hypocrites since 1997. He has won four Joseph Jefferson Awards. His work has been seen at American Repertory Theater, Chicago Shakespeare, Goodman Theatre, Shakespeare Festival St. Louis, Court Theatre, Milwaukee Rep, Steppenwolf for Young Audiences, and Chicago Children’s Theatre.
