Thank you Lazarus.

On behalf of all the Regent Emertii, Council, Elders and Citizens of Lazarus, I wanted to extend my most profound and esteemed gratitude for all your support over the past 23 years!

Last Sunday, our Closing Rite was conducted by myself, Lady Khalidah, Lady Angelika, Lord Malackai, with Lord Nefarious serving as our spiritual anchor. The energy that flowed from our dais is a real testament of the blood and toil we have all sacrificed for the Court and the greater Community. Many thanks for those that shared and reveled in it with us!

It was exceedingly bittersweet to see how many individuals came out to celebrate and feel all the love. I have been personally touched by the outpouring of appreciation from you all. It's a wonderful sight to see so many from different Courts, Houses, Packs, and Clans filling our Haven.

I know many were left to wait until everyone was finally settled in. We appreciate each and every single one of you all, your patience, and grace. It is true evidence of the longevity of our Community when we all work together, like I was fortunate enough to see first-hand last Sunday.

The energy was electric and it was my honor to witness all the new friends made and old friendships rekindled. The photographic artistry of Jack Roman commemorated the occasion and is our gift to you all (as we roll it out for the next few weeks). Deepest thanks and recognition goes to the multitude of folks that were able to experience that with us. You all made something that could have been sad… deeply satisfying and joyous.

Tonight you'll hear the death rattle and bear witness to the Last Rites of our Vampire Court which has served as a Haven for the Nightside Community these past 23 years.

The longevity of Court of Lazarus has been lovingly supported by artists, occultists, authors, spiritualists, and intellectuals of the dark ilk. Ladies and gentlemen of the Court of Lazarus,

It is my honor to invite you all to Court of Lazarus. We celebrate both our 23rd Anniversary and our Final Court. Don your most elegant and extravagant garb and join us as we celebrate 23 years as a haven for Vampire and Nightkind alike on Sunday, February 16th 2025! Whether you come to grieve or celebrate or do both simultaneously we look forward to sharing the evening together.

DJ Sean Templar Spins All Evening!

We are honored to have the famous Sean Templar (Red Party, Underworld, A Murder of Crows, and more) spinning for our Final Court. With a vast selection of goth, dark wave and more, please join us and revel in fantastic dark music!

Regents Closing Ritual

Hands that have guided the history and energy of Court of Lazarus for 23 years come together to lay our Beloved Mistress to rest. Seven Regents will lead Citizens and Guests in a ritual to Honor the Love and Loyalty flowing through the veins of our Court in a farewell ceremony.

La Petit Mort Raffle Basket

Our final raffle basket will hold all manner of dark delights for you to memorialize your experience on this historic occasion. Purchase your raffle tickets for only $2 a piece at our sign-in table.

Additional Important Info and Rules of our Court are as follows:

• Venue Doors open at 8pm. Court officially begins at 9 pm on the 2nd floor. Feel free to come early and satiate your appetite with potions of the alcohol variety.
• Admission is $10.00 for Citizens and Guests
• Open to those 21 and older (with valid ID)
• Gothic formal dress is expected and required. All-Black Attire is also acceptable. Extravagance is always appreciated!
• Photography and videography are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in all areas of New York’s Original Salon Noir.
