Queens pulled up to Manhattan and we got to work.

Big appreciation to CUNY School of Labor & Urban Studies for hosting us as we kick off our Ironclad Mindset series and to the young leaders from Eagle Academy in Queens who came ready to think, speak, and challenge ideas.

We weren’t just talking careers. We dug into how to think through decisions, how to show up in professional spaces, and how emotional awareness plays into leadership and long-term success. That’s the real foundation 💪🏿

When students start sharpening their mindset, building workforce habits, and strengthening their social-emotional tools early? Different trajectory.

Proud of this group. The future is in good hands.
