The other follows you into work, sleep, relationships, and your own head.

At some point, you have to stop replaying the moments that hurt or broke you.

Stop carrying guilt that doesn’t belong to you anymore.

Stop dragging old pain into every new season of your life.

What happened happened. It shaped you, but it doesn’t have to define you.

You can honor your past without living inside it.
Every time you carry old weight, it slows you down, emotionally, mentally, even physically.

Letting go isn’t weakness. it’s choosing not to bleed for the same wound twice.
